Welcome to Planner Culture: A Community for Wisconsin Wedding Planners

In January 2024, I launched Planner Culture—a heart-centered community designed to connect, collaborate with, and uplift fellow wedding planners across Wisconsin.

As a wedding planner myself, I know how rewarding this work can be. But I also know how isolating and competitive it can sometimes feel behind the scenes. Planner Culture was born out of a desire to change that narrative—to create a space where we come together not just as colleagues, but as collaborators and champions of one another.

Planner Culture is a networking group intentionally built for wedding planners, by a wedding planner.

It’s a place where we can swap stories, share challenges, celebrate wins, and offer insights that help us all grow—not just professionally, but personally. From casual meetups and peer learning opportunities to creative brainstorms and vendor connections, this group is rooted in the belief that we’re stronger together.

As a wedding planner who cherishes interpersonal relationships, my work straddles the worlds of creativity and care. I believe that empathy, intentionality, and community are essential—both in planning meaningful events and in building a fulfilling professional life. Planner Culture reflects that philosophy. It’s not about hustle culture or one-size-fits-all success; it’s about creating a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone has a seat at the table.
